The process of selling Mint to potential customers consists of several phases:

  • Phase 0: presales – assess whether the customer has a use case for which Mint can offer a solution
  • Phase 1: discovery and analysis – work out the blockchain solution in detail, based on the customer’s needs and desires
  • Phase 2: customisation – although we work with building blocks, some tweaking will always be needed to get everything tailored to the client
  • Phase 3: pilot project – which can be a proof of concept, a mirroring solution or a limited launch
  • Phase 4: production, maintenance, and support of the actual solution

All these phases are equally important to the success of the project, but they also require a certain amount of work and resources. And although SettleMint is firmly convinced in the possibilities of Mint, we do not have the manpower to market this powerful solution ourselves. That is why we aim to switch from direct to indirect sales in the very short term, leaving the distribution of Mint to experienced system integrators, VARs, and OEMs with branches all over the world. Acceleration and support program

Of course, we don’t want to leave our VAR’s to their fate. And that’s why we have set up an ingenious acceleration program to get you started. We will be helping you with the qualification of possible leads. And our Blockchain Academy – for developers as well as commercial staff – will give you the necessary training to approach clients with a healthy dose of knowledge and know-how and to steer the projects internally in the right direction.

But our support doesn’t stop there; it goes on throughout the entire process. Depending on the number of projects a partner does, the different phases are supervised by SettleMint, the partner or a combination of both. Obviously resulting in a higher partner revenue as he carries out more tasks. As a partner realizes more projects with Mint, the role of SettleMint in the process gradually diminishes and the partner's profit increases.
